Job Overview:
We are responsible for building websites that highlight the strengths and services of our clients. By understanding their requirements, we create tailored digital solutions that meet their needs. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in sourcing top talent from various online channels, crafting compelling recruiting emails, and coordinating interviews and assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Recruitment: We source potential candidates through social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks like Naukri, Foundit, Hirect, and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for identifying and shortlisting suitable candidates based on their skills and experience.
- Email Campaigns: You will create engaging email campaigns to attract passive candidates, highlighting the benefits and opportunities offered by our company.
- Resume Screening: We screen incoming resumes and application forms to ensure they meet the required criteria. You will assess each candidate's qualifications and provide feedback to the hiring manager.
- Candidate Assessment: You will conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate a candidate's communication skills, technical expertise, and fit for the role. This includes assessing their problem-solving abilities, creativity, and teamwork skills.
- Interview Coordination: We coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring managers. You will facilitate open communication and ensure a smooth process.
- Assignment Distribution: You will prepare and distribute assignments and tests to evaluate a candidate's skills and knowledge. This may include numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.
- Job Advertising: We advertise job openings on our company website, social media, job boards, and internally to reach a wider audience. You will create eye-catching job postings and promote them through various channels.
- Candidate Shortlisting: You will provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to the hiring manager, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and have the necessary skills and experience.
- Offer Management: We send job offer emails to selected candidates and respond to queries regarding compensation, benefits, and other aspects of the job.
- Performance Metrics: You will monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire. This data will help us refine our recruitment strategies and improve results.
- Event Participation: We participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events to showcase our company culture and attract top talent. You will represent our company at these events and engage with potential candidates.
- Hiring Needs Analysis: You will collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs, ensuring we stay ahead of our competition and meet growing demands.
- New Hire Onboarding: We act as consultants to new hires, helping them onboard and integrate into our team. You will support their transition and ensure a seamless process.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: You should have proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, with expertise in sourcing candidates through various portals (Naukri, Foundit, Hirect, LinkedIn). Your network and connections will play a crucial role in identifying top talent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders. You must be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Organizational Skills: Able to multitask and prioritize effectively, handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HR software and applicant tracking systems, with experience using tools like resume parsing and keyword filtering.
- Sourcing Techniques: Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including cold outreach, employee referrals, and social media advertising. You should be able to leverage these tactics to find exceptional talent.
- Education: An MBA or BBA in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is desirable, demonstrating your commitment to the field and willingness to learn.
