Key Responsibilities:

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Job Description:

At an esteemed organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Executive to lead our HR initiatives. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills and experience in managing employee relations, recruitment, and performance appraisal systems.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 3-4 years of experience in HR executive roles. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven working experience as HR Executive
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases

Additional requirements include excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
