Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our human resources function. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can drive business outcomes through people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and morale.
  • Address employee grievances through structured procedures.
  • Ensure harmonious employee relations.
  • Partner with functional heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Lead onboarding, training, and capability-building programs.
  • Drive performance management processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Oversee plant administration.
  • Act as a strategic partner in plant operations.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate teams.
  • Supervise security services and CSR activities.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate in HR/IR/Personnel Management.
  • Progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing/plant HR.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act provisions, and industrial relations.
  • Demonstrated experience in statutory compliance.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change.
  • Crisis management and problem-solving ability.
  • High integrity, resilience, and business acumen.
