Job Description

As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless retail and last mile delivery operations for various e-commerce brands.

You will be responsible for managing the entire retail operation and warehouse functions, adhering to strong standard operating procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you will coordinate between store and warehouse teams to facilitate smooth operations, negotiate with logistics providers, and process invoices and transporter billing.

Furthermore, you will analyze store inward and outward movements, identifying root causes of issues and reporting discrepancies. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations, as well as preparing and circulating Management Information System (MIS) reports to relevant departments.

As a leader, you will oversee the core warehouse operations retail team and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of current processes using operational metrics and reports.

Requirements
  1. Experience handling at least 80 stores' warehouse day-to-day operations.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  3. Strong people management and cross-functional team communication skills.
  4. Decision-making skills with minimal supervision.
  5. Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.
  6. Excellent customer service and people skills.
