Job Title: Senior Associate – Operations

Objective:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to handle order fulfillment, inventory management, and dispatch coordination across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory, order punching, and timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Coordinate dispatches, logistics, and vendor relations to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Oversee packaging quality, returns, and warehouse organization to maintain efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate reports using Excel, WMS/ERP, and track operational KPIs to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics/e-commerce operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in Hindi language.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a progressive mindset.
