Program Management Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Program Management Associate in Thrissur. The role will focus on planning, executing, and managing strategic school engagement programs in collaboration with partner schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute events & activities in schools onboarded with us.
  • Design and manage student engagement activities in collaboration with schools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (academic, operations, marketing) and external stakeholders (school authorities, vendors).
  • Ensure smooth event operations and execution on the ground.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for school programs.
  • Monitor program impact and provide feedback for improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong PPT and presentation design skills.
  • Hands-on experience in event planning and operations management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
