
US IT Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional with deep expertise in the US IT Contingent Staffing market. The ideal candidate will have a robust network of industry contacts, a proven track record of generating new business opportunities, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate mid-sized to large enterprises in the US for potential business partnerships.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to generate leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, Procurement Managers, and HR executives.
- Understand client needs and work collaboratively with the recruitment team to deliver high-quality IT contingent resources.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts that meet both client and company requirements.
- Maintain a healthy and diverse sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with the delivery/recruiting team to ensure timely and effective candidate submissions.
- Stay informed about market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies to drive business growth.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the US IT Staffing industry (Contingent Staffing focus).
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- A well-established network of clients, prospects, and industry contacts in the US.
- In-depth understanding of the US staffing and hiring lifecycle, VMS/MSP processes, and vendor engagement best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a strategic approach to sales.
