The Role
  • Create detailed market maps and talent pipelines for key client projects.
  • Conduct introductory and screening calls with senior candidates to gauge interest and potential fit.
  • Develop structured, actionable insights from comprehensive research and data analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to drive success on global partner-level mandates.

Requirements

  • Ideal experience working with executive search/consulting environments, preferably within SHREK firms or comparable organizations.
  • Background in global consulting or strategy recruitment preferred, demonstrating adaptability and transferable skills.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to produce well-structured insights.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional Asian or Middle Eastern languages an asset.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
