Job Description

As a STEM Content Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the AI's knowledge base. You will work closely with the team to create, review, and refine high-quality content that is accurate, clear, and effective. This involves evaluating AI responses for correctness, coherence, and pedagogical soundness, and providing clear and actionable feedback to the AI model.

The ideal candidate will have deep subject matter expertise in one of the following fields: Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Coding, or Finance. They will be able to apply their knowledge to assess complex problems, verify solutions, and develop alternative approaches.

The role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. The candidate should also be highly organized, efficient, and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and refining high-quality content, including detailed solutions, explanations, and step-by-step derivations for STEM problems across various difficulty levels.
  • Evaluating AI responses for correctness, coherence, and pedagogical soundness, and providing clear and actionable feedback to the AI model.
  • Applying deep subject matter expertise to assess complex problems, verify solutions, and develop alternative approaches.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Coding, or Finance from a premier Tier-1 institution.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in one of the above fields, covering a wide range of topics and syllabi for competitive exams.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in teaching, tutoring, content writing, or academic research in your specialized STEM field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of producing top 100 rankers in JEE Advanced or NEET or GATE.
  • Experience with AI/ML feedback, familiarity with providing structured feedback for AI models or large language models.
