Job Title: STEM Faculty

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to join our team as a STEM Faculty member. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching programs and workshops for teachers in STEM subjects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions, preparing program plans, and analyzing feedback from participants. You will also be expected to coordinate with other subject teams, provide direction for the STEM program, and develop content materials for effective implementation.

In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will contribute to the development of resources, such as teacher manuals, interactive models, and reference materials. You will also participate in staff development activities, collaborate with colleagues, and engage in academic writing.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to analyze complex information and develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching programs and workshops for teachers in STEM subjects

Requirements:
  • MSc in Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
  • BEd or equivalent degree
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in capacity-building programs in Teacher Education
