Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our organization as a Lead Generation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Utilize social media platforms and email outreach to engage with prospects and promote our products/services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system with lead information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to articulate product/service offerings and value propositions effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. We encourage applicants with Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Diploma holders to apply as well.
