Product Strategist

The role of a Product Strategist is pivotal in the successful delivery of our lead quality platform for Fortune 100 clients.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our product team as a Product Strategist. In this role, you will be the day-to-day liaison between our product management and engineering teams, focusing on the execution of our product roadmap.

You will be responsible for translating product strategy into a clear, actionable backlog, ensuring that our development team has everything it needs to deliver high-quality, impactful features on time.

  • Backlog Management: Own and maintain the product backlog for your assigned engineering team.
  • Agile Execution: Act as the voice of the customer and the Product Manager within the sprint team.
  • Requirements Clarification: Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team's questions.
  • User Story Creation: Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories that include acceptance criteria and dependencies.
  • Acceptance & Testing: Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets the definition of done and the original requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate effective communication between engineering, UX/UI, and the broader product team.

Key qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product backlog.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated engineering squad and contribute to the development of a high-performing demand generation pipeline.
