Job Overview

This senior-level position oversees key aspects of the human resources function within an organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance appraisal processes, including annual goal setting and periodic assessments.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance issues and development plans.
    • Implement employee recognition programs to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Compensation and Benefits Management:
    • Assist in compensation and benefits program administration.
    • Provide guidance to leadership on salary revisions and bonus payouts.
    • Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Work with stakeholders to identify technical competencies and soft skills gaps across job roles.
    • Implement various training methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
    • Coordinate with subject matter experts and external trainers for high-quality training sessions.
    • Establish metrics to measure training effectiveness.
  • Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement:
    • Foster a positive organizational culture promoting engagement, inclusivity, and productivity.
    • Develop strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • E nsure effective communication channels within the organization.
    • Facilitate team-building activities to improve collaboration and performance.
  • Organizational Design and Structure:
    • Assess and design organizational structures supporting business goals and efficiency.
    • C learly define roles and responsibilities within the organization.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures supporting organizational development goals.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field with a PG degree in HR from a reputed institute.
    • Minimum 8 to 10 years of HR generalist experience preferably in the IT/ITES industry.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws.
    • Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
    • Exposure to HRMS tool.
    • Understanding of LMS and other training tools will be an advantage.
