Job Description

The Director of Human Resources is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business success.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Oversee recruitment strategy to ensure the organization attracts top talent.
  • Lead workforce planning to ensure staffing levels meet business needs.
  • Design and implement innovative talent acquisition processes to drive diversity and inclusion.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain performance management systems to drive productivity.
  • Address employee relations issues and manage conflict resolution.

Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans in collaboration with stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of recruitment solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Attract top talent based on business needs and objectives.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in HR, including 5 years at managerial level.
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with cross-cultural environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Multi-tasking, fast-paced, detail-oriented & organized.
  • Highly self-motivated and good problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
