Job Title: Process Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Process Executive to join our finance team in the O2C, P2P, and R2R processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring accurate billing and invoicing.
  2. Manage customer accounts, handle collections, and reconcile accounts receivable.
  3. Process procurement orders, manage vendors, and process invoices for timely payments.
  4. Reconcile accounts payable and resolve discrepancies.
  5. Maintain the general ledger, prepare financial reports, and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • UG or PG degree in B.Com or M.Com from 2022-2024.
  • Freshers or up to 1 year of experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
