**Job Title:** Cloud Engineering ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned Cloud Engineering Manager to design, implement and optimize our cloud-native infrastructure.This role will be hands-on with architecture and automation while also providing strategic direction on cloud adoption, DevOps tooling and cloud-native best practices.Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the end-to-end architecture for cloud-based workloads in Azure.
  • Design multi-environment, multi-region architectures for high availability and disaster recovery.
  • Establish best practices for container orchestration, scaling and governance.
  • Advise on cost optimization strategies for cloud resources.
Azure Expertise:
  • Architect and provision AKS clusters with features like autoscaling, private cluster configuration, network isolation using Azure CNI / Kubenet, managed identities and integration.
  • Integrate AKS with supporting Azure services: Azure Monitor, Managed Prometheus & Grafana, Azure Container Registry (ACR) and Azure Key Vault.
DevOps & Automation:
  • Design Infrastructure as Code solutions with Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates for provisioning.
  • Implement GitOps workflows for automated deployments.
  • Define CI/CD architecture using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Jenkins for cloud workloads.
Security & Compliance:
  • Architect RBAC and security models for access.
  • Integrate security scanning for container images and Kubernetes workloads.
  • Ensure alignment with compliance frameworks and policies.
Monitoring, Logging & Observability:
  • Architect observability solutions using Azure Monitor, Managed Prometheus, Container Insights and Grafana.
  • Establish automated alerting, anomaly detection and incident response playbooks.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, DevOps or related roles.
  • 5+ years hands-on Azure experience, with deep expertise in AKS.
  • Strong technical expertise in Kubernetes architecture, troubleshooting, Azure networking, IaC tools and container security.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
  • Experience with service mesh architectures.
  • Familiarity with multi-cluster management tools.
  • Experience in workload migration.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to lead workshops and architecture reviews.
  • Strategic problem-solver with implementation skills.
