Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned software quality assurance professional to join our team as a QA Lead. As a key member of our software development lifecycle, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both automation and manual testing, with expertise in tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar. Additionally, you will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning & Design:
    • Develop thorough test plans and identify test scenarios based on functional and technical requirements.
    • Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
  • Automation Testing:
    • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
    • Write reusable, scalable, and efficient test scripts to automate functional, regression, and performance tests.
  • Manual Testing:
    • Conduct detailed manual testing of applications, including exploratory, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Perform thorough testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications across different platforms and devices.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and design test cases accordingly.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in testing and quality assurance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).
  • Proven experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar.
  • Proficient in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
