Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead our Application Performance and Regression Testing initiatives.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in performance testing tools, and a solid understanding of cloud-native architectures.

  • Design and execute comprehensive performance test plans for complex enterprise applications, focusing on workload modeling, stress, soak, and scalability testing.
  • Create and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6.
  • Monitor and analyze application performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and cloud engineering teams to pinpoint root causes of performance degradation and recommend solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Application Performance Testing and Engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6.
  • Hands-on experience in migrating existing enterprise applications to AWS or Azure.
