Legal Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of civil and commercial litigation procedures, with a strong ability to draft pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, and written statements.
  • Conducting thorough research and preparing case notes, opinions, and briefs.
  • Representing clients in court, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
  • Assisting in strategy formulation and case preparation.
  • Liaising with clients and keeping them updated on case progress.
  • Ensuring compliance with procedural requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborating with internal teams for case-related support and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil and commercial litigation procedures.
  • Effective communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with sound problem-solving ability.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Law graduate with 1–3 years of relevant litigation experience.
  • Enrolled with the Bar Council.
  • Prior exposure to civil, commercial, or regulatory litigation preferred.
