Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate, located in Kolkata. The Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including legal research, drafting legal documents, liaising with clients, and appearing in court. The role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as a strong commitment to client service. The Associate will work closely with senior lawyers to support litigation and real estate cases.

Qualifications

  • Legal research and drafting skills
  • Experience in litigation and real estate law
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with legal research tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification
  • Admission to the bar in West Bengal is preferred
