Senior Linux Administrator

Maintaining the entire lifecycle of RHEL servers involves:

  • Provisioning, installation, software packaging, patching, and planned and unplanned maintenance.
  • Service configuration and integration with monitoring platforms.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will:

  • Develop and enhance tools, utilities, reports, and frameworks for production support, operational processes, re-engineering efforts.
  • Work closely with Cloud Engineering to enable automated platforms.
  • Ensure the health and hygiene of Linux servers.
  • Contribute towards API gateway-related deliverables and server-less infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, and problem resolution for one or more technologies.
  • Monitoring stability and performance of various technologies.
  • Collaborating with team members on bridge calls to prevent or resolve incidents/problems.
  • Recommending, deploying, and documenting strategies and solutions for problems/incidents.
Technical Skills
  • Expertise in Linux administration.
  • Knowledge of cloud engineering and automation.
  • Experience with data collection, tracking, and analysis.
  • Ability to develop tools and utilities for compliance adherence.
