Project Coordinator Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee and manage projects within our organization.

  • Lead project planning sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate staff and internal resources to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of project coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Experience managing medium-sized projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Familiarity with project management software tools.
