Project Manager - Finishing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Finishing Professional to oversee and manage the finishing stages of high-rise projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in the finishing industry and a proven track record in managing large-scale, high-quality projects from start to finish.

This role requires expertise in all aspects of finishing and the ability to take ownership of a project, ensuring timely and flawless execution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate finishing projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians and craftsmen to achieve exceptional project outcomes.
  4. Maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the finishing industry, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of finishing processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
