Job Description

As a seasoned EdTech Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of student batches from onboarding to successful completion. Your primary goal will be to ensure classes, timelines, and outcomes stay on track while maintaining seamless communication with students, mentors, and our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run student batches end-to-end, including onboarding and successful completion.
  • Oversee class schedules, timelines, and outcomes to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Serve as the main liaison between students, mentors, and our team, fostering open communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor student engagement, track progress, and provide support when necessary to prevent dropouts or delays.
  • Collaborate with mentors to deliver high-quality sessions, ensuring a smooth student experience.
  • Develop and refine post-sales processes to enhance the overall student journey.
  • Track key metrics (attendance, completion percentage, feedback, NPS) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data insights to inform program development and drive continuous growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Prior experience in EdTech program management, managing students, mentors, and operational processes.
  • A strong track record of solving operational challenges with structured solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability across teams.
