Program Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive excellence in global IT programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Establish and maintain PMO standards, including charters, stage gates, RACI, RAID, dependency maps, change control, and benefits tracking.
  • Develop integrated master schedules, critical path analyses, and resource plans across time zones; manage weekly cadence, including standups, risk/steerco, burndown/earned value.
  • Build and track budgets and forecasts; manage CAPEX/OPEX, accruals, and vendor SOWs; analyze variance and develop corrective plans.
  • Create portfolio dashboards using Power BI/Tableau, maintaining a single source of truth.
  • Partner with engineering, data/ML, security, and finance teams; prepare steerco packs; manage decisions, actions, and escalations.
  • Enforce SDLC/Agile controls, documentation, audit readiness, and change-management baselines.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in PMO/program management for global IT within IT services or professional services firms.
  • PMP certification (active) is required.
  • A proven track record of delivering multi-region programs is essential.
  • Strong command of SDLC, Agile/Scrum & Waterfall/Hybrid; stage-gate governance is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills are required.
