About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional professional to drive business growth, develop partnerships, and support day-to-day operations. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the founder to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive results.

Responsibilities
  • Partnerships & Outreach
    • Identify and establish relationships with schools, international counselors, and education partners
    • Develop and execute strategies for setting up and attending B2B meetings to explore collaborations
    • Contribute to planning webinars, events, or info sessions with institutions
  • Sales & Lead Management
    • Engage with inbound leads (parents/students), explain services, and schedule consultations
    • Track sales pipeline and follow-up activities
    • Collaborate with the founder to refine conversion strategies
  • Hiring & Talent
    • Develop and post job descriptions
    • Manage the hiring process: sourcing, screening, and scheduling
    • Support onboarding of educators, counselors, and operational staff
  • Business Operations
    • Maintain internal trackers (sales, hiring, partnerships)
    • Conduct market research to inform new initiatives
    • Work closely with the founder to address ad-hoc business challenges
You'll Be a Great Fit If You
  • Have 1-3 years of experience in operations, hiring, business development, or startup roles
  • Are confident communicating with both students and professionals (parents, school administrators, counselors)
  • Are highly organized and proactive – you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Are excited by international education, youth development, or edtech
