About this Leadership Role

The successful candidate will oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas through regular inspections and efficient procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, minimizing risk and maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, optimizing resource allocation and reducing waste.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is an asset.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
