Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Residential Sales, located in Hyderabad. The Manager - Residential Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and guiding clients through the purchase process of residential real estate. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, coordinating with estate agents, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Residential Real Estate skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience working with Estate Agents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales growth for our real estate projects. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation: Engage with leads generated through social media ads, explaining project details and encouraging site visits.

2. Product Showcase: Showcase model flats, highlighting product features and benefits.

3. Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate prices and terms to close deals.

4. Communication: Utilize excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi to interact with clients.

Work Details

- Week Off: Tuesdays

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

- Compensation: Fixed Salary + Incentives + Allowances

Requirements

  • Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience

- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi

- Strong negotiation and sales skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
