About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Executive with 4–6 years of proven experience in high-rise residential real estate sales in Hyderabad . The ideal candidate must possess an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market and demonstrate strong skills in negotiation, deal closure, and client communication .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for premium high-rise residential projects across Hyderabad.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs with potential buyers and investors.
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation and client meetings to final closure.
  • Leverage market insights to pitch the right product mix to the right clientele.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain a strong CRM pipeline and update client interactions regularly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and campaign execution.

  • Deep understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market and buyer psyche.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills .
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities .

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets within timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 4–6 years of experience in residential high-rise sales in Hyderabad.
  • Local market knowledge and network of HNIs, brokers, and institutional buyers is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
