Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to support our finance team.

This role is ideal for an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who is detail-oriented and accurate. The successful candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist with tax-related filings and process payroll and superannuation contributions if required.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Work with accountants to prepare financial reports and ensure compliance.
  • Manage invoicing, receipts, and expense tracking.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience preferably with Australian clients or companies.
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB.
  • Solid understanding of BAS, GST, superannuation, and other compliance requirements.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) with clear, professional, and confident communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Sharp, analytical, and proactive problem-solver.
