As a Financial Leadership Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of accountants, overseeing client management and all services provided, and acting as the head of accounting representing the organization to clients and stakeholders. You will also work closely with the owner on business strategy, client management, and expansion plans.

This role requires strong expertise in accounting and providing services to international clients. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is essential for this position. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor, guide, and train junior accountants.
