Financial Leadership Role

The position of Financial Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities, including planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cash flow for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including budgeting, spending, cash flow, and financial analysis.
  • Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts for management.
  • Oversee vendor, client, and employee payments, salary processing, and expense reimbursements with proper documentation.
  • Ensure statutory compliance by coordinating with auditors for internal and external audits.
  • Conduct financial planning and cost optimization to maintain financial health.
  • Implement and maintain financial processes using ERP systems, Tally, SAP, and Excel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; CA or MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • Minimum 3–6 years' experience in finance management roles, preferably in manufacturing, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PF, ESI).
  • Proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills to oversee and manage various financial aspects of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
