Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare Management Information System (MIS) data to provide insights into business performance.

  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for the submission of various reports and entries.

  3. Assist in the preparation of tender filings to ensure compliance with procurement requirements.

  4. Conduct debtors reports to monitor outstanding balances and support collections efforts.

  5. Coordinate with banking institutions for financial transactions and inquiries.

  6. Maintain accurate financial records using sound knowledge of accounting systems or ERP.

  7. Demonstrate proficiency in GST compliance and bookkeeping principles.

  8. Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  9. Process invoices and follow up with teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts.
  • Hands-on experience working with SAP software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
