Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Business Solutions Specialist to join our team in Chennai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical client engagements, designing strategic solutions based on RRD offerings, developing proposals, determining product roadmaps, and establishing key partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing business solutions based on RRD products and service offerings
  • Developing comprehensive proposals
  • Determining and implementing product roadmaps
  • Bid/RFP/RFI support for Sales teams
  • Establishing strategic partnerships to enhance RRD's capabilities

Project Implementation:

Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to stabilization.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.

Project Handover:

Ensure smooth transition of live projects to Operations teams with comprehensive documentation.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Bid management, Solutioning, and Implementation, preferably in automation-powered back-office support services
  • Flexibility to work extended hours occasionally
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for direct client interaction
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data, draw inferences, and present findings
  • Ability to articulate complex technology solutions through presentations/meetings
