Strategic Solution Architect

The role of a Strategic Solution Architect is pivotal in driving the migration of all Fixed Income FRTB batches from Time Machine and dpMethod to Common XCS platform and retiring FRTB FI Batches from legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and lead the migration of all Jobs and clusters from legacy systems to strategic platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver all changes by following best practices and coding standards
- Migrate multiple countries' legacy computations to XCS Pipelines
- Excellent knowledge in Java 17, Microservices, and ECS technologies
- Strong understanding of Rates Business and Kafka
- Proficient in Python programming and Design patterns
- Familiarity with MS SQL and DevOps tools
- Good knowledge in Flink or any streaming technologies
- Strong interpersonal and articulation skills for effective communication
- Excellent persuasive, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Outstanding analytic and problem-solving skills with innovative solutions
- Self-Motivated, Willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
