Business Development Manager

A seasoned Business Development Manager is required to strengthen our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute trade orders efficiently and effectively, upholding precision and accuracy standards.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, providing expert investment advice and personalized guidance.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities and cross-sell third-party products, including mutual funds, insurance, and SIPs, to meet set targets.
  • Attend crucial client meetings and conduct thorough bank branch visits in line with the performance dashboard.

Specialized Activities:

  • Process trade orders promptly and accurately.
  • Offer informed investment advice based on comprehensive research reports.

Essential Criteria:

  • A degree in finance or a related field is preferred.
  • NISM 8 certification (Equity & derivatives) and NISM 5 certification (Mutual Funds) are mandatory.
  • IRDA Certification is compulsory.
  • Excellent market knowledge and effective communication skills are essential.
