A seasoned Business Development Manager is required to strengthen our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute trade orders efficiently and effectively, upholding precision and accuracy standards.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships, providing expert investment advice and personalized guidance.
- Cultivate new business opportunities and cross-sell third-party products, including mutual funds, insurance, and SIPs, to meet set targets.
- Attend crucial client meetings and conduct thorough bank branch visits in line with the performance dashboard.
Specialized Activities:
- Process trade orders promptly and accurately.
- Offer informed investment advice based on comprehensive research reports.
Essential Criteria:
- A degree in finance or a related field is preferred.
- NISM 8 certification (Equity & derivatives) and NISM 5 certification (Mutual Funds) are mandatory.
- IRDA Certification is compulsory.
- Excellent market knowledge and effective communication skills are essential.
