Creative Strategy Specialist

We seek a skilled and experienced Creative Strategy Specialist to drive our team's success.

  • Develop innovative art concepts and lead a team of designers.
  • Manage project workflows, delegate tasks, and oversee staff performance.
  • Present compelling ideas to stakeholders and colleagues.
Duties:
  • Design and develop visual materials, such as sketches, storyboards, and layouts.
  • Understand market trends, strategic positioning, and target audience needs.
  • Collaborate with the creative team across multiple media platforms.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
  • Coach and train employees, assign tasks, and manage schedules.
  • Monitor work process efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Research and select illustrative materials for use in designs.
  • Produce high-quality printed materials by designing, proofreading, and finalizing layouts.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic and calm demeanor.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role.
  • Proficient use of design software, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
