We are a growing European influencer marketing agency connecting kids fashion/lifestyle brands with the right mom influencers to create meaningful campaigns. Our mission is to expand our brand connections and drive client meetings.
As a Part-Time Client Outreach Executive, you will help us reach more brands, schedule meetings, and ensure smooth follow-ups. This role is critical in growing our client base.
- Research potential brand clients in the kids fashion/lifestyle industry.
- Reach out to brands via email, calls, and social media.
- Follow up with prospects until a meeting is confirmed.
- Maintain a CRM or spreadsheet to track outreach activities.
- Schedule meetings in our calendar.
- Suggest improvements to outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Additional European languages are a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Understanding of marketing or influencer marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work part-time from an office-atelier environment.
