Job Title: Operational Team Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage a team of up to 20 members, driving productivity, quality, shrinkage, and attrition.
  • The successful candidate will provide regular coaching and support to team members, identifying training needs and addressing process gaps.
  • This includes monitoring performance, conducting weekly coaching sessions, and handling floor support and escalations.
  • Maintaining average handling time levels as per targets across tenure buckets is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in managing international processes is essential.
  • Proven track record in team management and supervision is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, are highly valued.
