Job Description Team Leader (US Healthcare Process)

Position: Team Leader (TL)

Department: Operations US Healthcare Process

Location: Jaipur

Work Mode: WFO

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of associates in US Healthcare process.
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (SLA/KPI) are met productivity, quality, TAT, and compliance.
  • Monitor team performance through audits, feedback sessions, and coaching.
  • Handle escalations, resolve complex process issues, and coordinate with clients/stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular team huddles, training refreshers, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations Managers to drive continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of US Healthcare domain RCM, Medical Billing, Claims, or Coding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in US shifts and meet process deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Healthcare/Management background).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in US Healthcare process.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a TL/Acting TL/SME handling a team.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations is a must.

  • Team SLA adherence (Quality, Productivity, TAT).
  • Attrition and absenteeism management.
  • Employee engagement and performance improvement.
  • Escalation handling and client satisfaction scores.
