Lead Integration Specialist

This role involves overseeing the integration of acquired companies into a global network. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless transitions, minimizing disruption, and maximizing synergy realization.

  • Develop Comprehensive Integration Plans: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments to drive successful integrations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Foster collaboration across departments, including finance, human resources, IT, legal, operations, and sales, to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Progress Updates and Tracking: Lead regular meetings with executive leadership to provide updates on progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are also essential. Additionally, experience with project management tools like MS Project or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent being a plus. A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with 3-5 years in M&A or post-merger integration, is required. PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is preferred, as well as exposure to change management frameworks like PROSCI or ADKAR.
