The Role: Order to Cash Associate

In this dynamic role, you will be part of a team that focuses on managing the Order to Cash process. You will be responsible for coordinating activities associated with Order to Cash, recognizing potential threats, and suggesting suitable actions. Your primary responsibilities include adhering to SLAs and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Commerce graduate with a focus on Accounts Receivable
  • Ability to manage Order fulfillment, Collections, and Cash payments
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting and accounting principles
  • Proficient in addressing queries and taking follow-up actions
