Role Overview

About the Position

This role is responsible for overseeing Human Resources operations across multiple locations, including talent acquisition, HR data management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in hiring and recruitment. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Define staffing needs and manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer rollout.
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop proactive recruitment plans and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • HR Operations, Data & Compliance:
    • Oversee all HR operations, including onboarding, induction, payroll coordination, exit formalities, and related documentation.
    • Ensure statutory compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • People Engagement & Culture:
    • Serve as a key HR partner to teams in addressing concerns, people issues, and morale challenges.
    • Promote a positive work environment rooted in care, respect, and collaboration.
  • Policies, Processes & Communication:
    • Develop and execute HR policies and processes across multiple locations.
    • Communicate HR policies effectively to employees through various channels.
  • Team Management & Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Manage, mentor, and build the capacity of team members, ensuring performance outcomes and development.
    • Collaborate closely with the larger HR team to improve systems, share learnings, and foster alignment.
    Required Skills and Qualifications
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant HR roles.
    • Proven experience in hiring and recruitment.
    • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
