Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist is pivotal in identifying and attracting top-tier talent that aligns with the specific requirements outlined by Hiring Managers/Stakeholders.

This involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand the qualifications, skills, and experience required for each open position. To achieve this goal, you will utilize job boards, professional networks, and online platforms to search for potential candidates.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will craft and refine search queries to target potential candidates more effectively and review candidate profiles, resumes, and online profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.

Responsibilities include conducting initial outreach to potential candidates through messaging platforms, emails, or other communication channels, building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, and screening potential candidates through phone or preliminary interviews to assess their suitability and interest.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system is also an essential part of this role. Collaboration with the Recruitment team to align sourcing strategies with overall talent acquisition goals and staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques are crucial aspects of this position.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work on multiple systems and various applications simultaneously
  • Experience in IT recruitment is preferred
  • 2 – 6 years relevant work experience
  • Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results while building positive relationships
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Google Docs, Calendar, and Gmail or other similar software
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, ambiguous work environment
