Customer Insights and Research Manager

This is a senior-level position that plays a key role in understanding customer needs, behavior, and feedback through structured research and surveys.

  • Develop and Execute Research Studies: Design, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, interviews, and user feedback sessions for all products.
  • Identify Customer Needs and Behavior: Analyze customer pain points, preferences, and user behavior to support product development and improvement.
  • Present Clear Insights: Compile research findings and present clear, actionable insights to cross-functional teams.

Survey Design and Execution:

  • Design Effective Surveys: Develop survey instruments tailored to specific research goals.
  • Execute Surveys: Oversee the end-to-end execution of surveys, ensuring high response rates and data integrity.
  • Manage Survey Data: Analyze survey data to uncover meaningful trends and actionable insights.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and program teams to integrate research findings into product enhancements.
  • Communicate Research Insights: Clearly present research insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders through presentations, reports, and dashboards.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Improve Research Methodologies: Continuously improve research methodologies and tools to enhance accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness.
  • Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on best practices in research methodologies and analytics tools.

Required Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, social sciences, psychology, market research, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research or customer insights in a product-focused organization.
  • Skills: Proficiency in survey design tools (e.g. SurveyMonkey) and analytical tools (e.g. Excel). Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex datasets. Strong communication and presentation skills.
