
Market Relationship Specialist

Job Overview:
As a Market Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for representing the organization in the market, planning and executing joint business strategies, and driving sustainable sales capabilities. You will work with distributors to expand their business, coach and train sales representatives, and resolve market challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering secondary monthly targets and gross revenue growth
- Planning routes efficiently to increase productivity
- Increasing net distribution by increasing the number of outlets served
- Ensuring stock availability and rack execution as per planogram
- Building relationships in the market to maximize customer satisfaction
Training and Communication:
- One-on-one training of sales representatives to develop business understanding and sales capability
- Monthly target setting for each sales representative
- Works with sales representatives in the market to coach them on market execution
- Monitors sales representatives performance using regular sales reports
- Communicates incentives and motivates sales representatives to achieve targets
Distributor Management:
- Distributor hub spokes appointment and retirement for territories
- Managing distributor health and ROI
- Jointly responsible for recruitment and retention of sales representatives
- Minimizing expiry stales by ensuring FIFO and stacking norms of products
- Tracking correct and timely delivery of orders in the market
- Ensuring food compliance of every distributor
Qualifications:
- Any undergraduate or post-graduation degree from a reputable college
- Preferable MBA
