Job Description

This role specializes in completing the final details of construction projects. The individual responsible for this position will oversee and ensure the quality of finishing elements, including tiling, painting, and fixture installation within a building or infrastructure project.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute all Finishing works, encompassing Masonry, Tiling (Flooring and Dado), Painting, Door frames, and shutter fixing, stone cladding (Dry and Wet), False Ceiling, Fa ade, Structural steel (Fabrication and Erection) works, waterproofing, toilet works including plumbing and its fittings-fixtures, etc., with knowledge of interior finishing materials and their quality parameters.
  • Calculate quantities required to execute finishing activities.
  • Understand specifications/methodology and architectural drawings of finishing activities.
  • Coordinate with Contractors/Subcontractors for Finishing Activities, carrying out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil Finishing activities at all stages.
  • Check Daily Progress Report Finishing work snag list.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 4 to 10 years of experience in buildings.
  • Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
  • Must have finishing experience in Residential / Commercial / Hospitality projects.
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
