Company Paramount Limited Location Panipat Haryana Project Site Industry Water Treatment Plant WTP Effluent Treatment Plant ETP Construction Position Title Resident Construction Manager RCM Education Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Mandatory Experience Minimum 20 Years in Industrial Infrastructure Project Execution Preferably WTP ETP Job Summary Paramount Limited is seeking a highly experienced Resident Construction Manager RCM to lead site execution and coordination for an ongoing WTP ETP construction project in Panipat The ideal candidate will bring in-depth technical knowledge leadership ability and a strong background in mechanical construction related to water treatment facilities Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily site activities for the construction of WTP ETP projects Ensure timely execution of all mechanical works in compliance with quality and safety standards Coordinate with clients consultants subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth progress Review and approve drawings work plans and schedules Lead project planning progress monitoring and resource allocation Ensure adherence to project timelines budgets and contract specifications Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical site issues promptly Maintain strict compliance with HSE Health Safety Environment regulations Prepare daily weekly reports and communicate progress to senior management Requirements Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Mandatory Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management Proven experience in WTP ETP projects is essential Strong leadership team management and communication skills Ability to handle large-scale project execution independently Working knowledge of project management tools and MS Office Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 120 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Food provided Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
