Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Sales Operations specialists. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement key business initiatives, optimize sales performance, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design, implement, and measure sales strategies and initiatives.
- Interact with internal teams to understand best practices, support requirements, client feedback, etc.
- Develop and analyze sales performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, proactively highlight deviations, and suggest actionable steps for course correction.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential areas of growth, new product development, and innovative solutions to streamline current processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners to support business growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive successful outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze Key Results across the Growth team. Prepare, roll out, and monitor Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly Key Results.
- Prepare various presentations for CGO/Sales leadership related to Growth/Sales.
- Plan and implement end-to-end business/sales events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields, with a focus on analytical skills.
- 3+ years of experience in business planning, strategic projects, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering results.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM's, and other sales automation tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
