This role focuses on connecting with clients over video consultations, educating them on holistic health processes, and guiding them toward long-term wellness.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth Zoom consultations (20–30 minutes) with warm leads to review their health reports, symptoms, and lifestyle details.
- Educate clients on the transformative power of holistic health methodologies and support them in setting achievable health goals and lifestyle changes.
- Assist clients in creating personalized wellness plans that cater to their unique needs and circumstances.
Qualifications:
- Final-year students or fresh graduates from relevant AYUSH/Allied healthcare programs.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to conduct effective video consultations using platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.
- Duration: 6 months.
- Initial phase: Part-time (preferably first half of the day).
- Later phase: Transition into a full-time role with a performance-based progression (PPO) pathway.
- Mode: Fully remote.
- Compensation: Stipend plus incentives for outstanding performance.
